Diuretic and Hemostatic Effects of Dragon and Phoenix White Lotus, December 21, 1977

Dragon fruit, phoenix tail grass, white English, and half branch lotus—all four herbs have the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, fighting cancer, and promoting diuresis and dampness elimination. Among them, phoenix tail grass and half branch lotus also have hemostatic effects, so the two can be combined with Eclipta prostrata to treat hematuria. Mr. Yu from the Lantong Factory suffered from this condition, and after using the four herbs together with Eclipta prostrata and Plantago major, he recovered after four doses. The dosage of each herb is 30g.
