ECG Diagnosis of Acute Myocardial Infarction 2001.12.22
ST-segment elevation, T-wave inversion, and the appearance of Q waves are the three diagnostic indicators for myocardial infarction. If these three indicators appear in V1–V3, it suggests an interventricular infarction; V3–V5 suggests an anteroseptal infarction; V5 suggests a lateral wall infarction; II and III suggest a inferior wall infarction; I suggests a high wall infarction; and so on.
