Syndrome Differentiation Treatment for Retinal Hemorrhage, October 2, 1987

1. Liver-Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome
   Zhibai Dihuang Wan combined with white chrysanthemum, cornelian cherry, lotus root charcoal, and palm fiber charcoal; once bleeding stops, remove the charcoal and add achyranthes root, madder root, and motherwort.

2. Liver Stagnation and Qi Stagnation Syndrome
   Dan Zhi Xiaoyao San combined with red peony root, panax notoginseng, and white peony root; after hemostasis, use Xuefu Zhuyu Tang with added ingredients.

3. Blood Heat Exuberance Syndrome
   Xijiao Dihuang Tang combined with white pampas grass root, cypress leaf, and rhubarb.

4. Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome
   Guipi Tang or Buzhong Yiqi Tang.

5. Blood Stasis Syndrome
   Xuefu Zhuyu Tang with added ingredients (Journal of Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine).
