Mnemonic: Cangzhu Huangbo Duojisheng, Wancansha Chouwutong Tufuling Dan Huzhang.

The key focus of this formula is treating gout as a damp-heat condition. Ingredients like Tufuling, Chidou, Hanfangji, Chouwutong, Wancansha, and Sigualuo all serve to remove dampness, clear heat, and dispel wind, while Dan Shen and Huzhang either invigorate blood circulation or clear heat, both benefiting joint health. Cangzhu, Huangbo (Er Miao), Duohuo, and Sangjisheng all address rheumatic pain.
