Shanghai Renji Hospital formulated a prescription mainly consisting of 15 g of Kushen, 20 g of Huangqi, 10 g of Baizhu, 10 g of Fangfeng, 15 g of Beishashen, 10 g of Maidong, and 6 g of Wumeizi. For patients with tachycardia, add Changpu, Yuanzhi, and stir-fried Suanzaoren; for those with bradycardia, add 10 g each of Tusi Zi and Xianmao; for arrhythmias, increase the dosage of Kushen and add Longgu and Muli; for chest pain, use Gualou, Xiebai, and Huzaoren.
