Fifteen years ago, I treated Wu Zehong’s chronic nephritis with azotemia, first using Jisheng Shenqi Tang, then adding Sanleng, Eshu, Dahuang, Bai Mao Gen, Bai Zili, Huangqi, Huangjing, Su Geng, Chan Tui, Motherwort, Huashi, Mutong, Gancao, Baihua She She Cao, taking five doses with great effect. To make it easier to remember, a song was composed: San E Da Tong Shi, Huang Huang Bai Bai Bai.
