The dried skin of hedgehogs, a type of vertebrate, is often roasted until charred and ground into powder. This product promotes blood circulation, resolves blood stasis, relieves pain, disperses masses, and has astringent hemostatic effects; it is most commonly used for hemorrhoidal bleeding, but can also be applied to frequent urination and dribbling.
