Women who marry late, give birth late, remain unmarried, do not bear children, have early menarche, late menopause, or fail to breastfeed after childbirth are most susceptible to this disease. Pathological classifications include ductal carcinoma, lobular carcinoma, papillary carcinoma, medullary carcinoma, sweat gland carcinoma, and fibroadenoma, among others. Differential diagnosis should distinguish it from adenomas, hyperplasia, and fibroadenomas. Typically, fibroadenomas are accompanied by hyperplasia and adenomas. Clinical manifestations of breast cancer include pain, lumps, an uneven surface with tenderness, rapid growth, nipple retraction, bloody discharge, eczema on the nipples, axillary pain, with surgery being the preferred treatment, radiotherapy second, and chemotherapy third. Chemotherapy regimen MFC: Methotrexate, 5-FU, cyclophosphamide are the most commonly used.
