Previously, I used Yigong San with modifications to treat this condition and achieved good results. Recently, after reading "The Complete Clinical Handbook of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine," I learned that this formula should be based on Taohong Siwu Tang, with additions such as Bai Zhi, Yin Yang Huo, Shengma, Boziren, Yuanzhi, and Tusi Zi. Bai Zhi dispels wind, which is precisely what affects the crown of the head; Shengma carries the medicine upward; Tusi Zi and Yin Yang Huo strengthen yang and dispel yin shadows. Combined with the previously used Nüzhenzi, Shengdihuang, Mohanlian, Gouqizi, Heshouwu, Bai Zili, Cebo Ye, and Buguzhi, this can be considered a comprehensive treatment for hair loss.
