Uterine sarcomas are relatively rare and can be classified into leiomyosarcoma, endometrial stromal sarcoma, mixed mesodermal sarcoma, and others. Vaginal bleeding accompanied by rapid uterine enlargement, occurring after menopause and often associated with abdominal pain. Diagnosis: Perform a diagnostic curettage to obtain an endometrial biopsy; frozen section analysis can be conducted during surgery. Some uterine fibroids are often misdiagnosed as uterine sarcomas. The primary treatment for this condition is surgical intervention, which may be supplemented by chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
