Answer: Left chest pain should first consider coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease does not necessarily show changes on the electrocardiogram, because the ECG cannot capture instantaneous changes. Besides coronary heart disease, some hypertensive patients may also experience similar angina symptoms. Chest pain caused by respiratory issues should have obvious respiratory irritation symptoms, and a small number of patients may also suffer from intercostal neuralgia.
