15. Nail Abnormalities
Question: Five of my ten fingernails appear to have been punctured by a hard object, leaving small holes. This is especially severe on my two thumbs, where the nails are also sunken, and the skin near the nail edges has become hardened. Even after trimming, the nails continue to grow. What could be causing this?
Answer: This is likely a fungal infection. I recommend taking Sporanox 100mg twice daily for five days.
