Q: I am 39 years old and frequently experience tinnitus, though my hearing remains normal. I often dream at night. Western medicine diagnoses me with neurogenic tinnitus, and despite taking many Western medications, there is no improvement. How should I treat this condition?
A: This condition is very difficult to treat. Oral methylcobalamin tablets and intramuscular injections of vitamin B₁ and B₁₂ can provide some relief. If combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation, the therapeutic effect will be even better.
