I’d like to ask: Is it normal for a one-and-a-half-year-old child to have six or seven lymph nodes in the back of the head and neck, each about the size of a soybean?
Answer: Enlargement of occipital lymph nodes is a common condition in children. Rubella and roseola can both cause such changes. Don’t panic—this isn’t cancer, so there’s no need to worry.
