My two-and-a-half-year-old child developed adverse reactions after receiving 800,000 units of aminopyrine for fever: eyes don’t move, no response to being called, drooling, vomiting, and extreme weakness. He’s currently receiving treatment. Will there be any aftereffects? What should we pay attention to during treatment?
Answer: Already suffering from decompensated cirrhosis, surgery often further aggravates liver disease. Experienced doctors usually avoid open abdominal surgery. If the cyst isn’t large, ERCP can be used to remove it, followed by TCM treatment.
