Question: I’m 20 years old, female. Since I was 14, I’ve often suffered from insomnia, dreaming almost every night, with severe dark circles under my eyes. My blood pressure is very low, and my feet stay cold no matter how warm my socks are. If I walk for too long, my feet become stiff, and I easily get overheated—during summer, I sweat profusely as if it were raining. I’ve visited the hospital, received IV drips, and taken medication, but my condition has only gotten worse. What’s going on?
Answer: This is adolescent syndrome, essentially a disorder of autonomic nerve function. I recommend trying Guipi Wan and Dan Zhi Xiaoyao Wan.
