Question: A liver cancer patient (currently taking your herbal medicines and granules) keeps developing oral ulcers and experiences burning in the esophagus. What should be done?
Answer: Liver cancer can be significantly extended in terms of survival through traditional Chinese medicine treatment. If oral ulcers occur, the original formula should be adjusted according to syndrome differentiation to effectively suppress them. Only in this way can the syndrome differentiation be made more complete. Remember, it’s not acceptable to stick to a single formula without making adjustments based on symptoms. A fixed formula and a fixed dosage are not viable.
