Question: What medication is best for undifferentiated spondyloarthritis?
Answer: Spondyloarthritis remains an ambiguous diagnosis—could it be rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, degenerative joint disease, or rheumatic fever? Treatment should not be overly restrictive. All commercially available joint medications can be tried, but the most effective approach is TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
