Question: I’m 24 years old and developed seborrheic dermatitis at the end of March, accompanied by dandruff and numerous blackheads on my face, with occasional breakouts on my chest and back. Could this be related to my night shift work at a plastic factory? What should I do?
Answer: Generally, night shifts are not the primary cause. This is acne, which is essentially a type of folliculitis—an inflammation of the sebaceous glands. Currently, there is no highly effective medication specifically designed to treat acne.
