III. Physical Condition Scoring Criteria

  1. Kazuay scoring system:

    • 100 points: All functions return to normal.
    • 90 points: Normal activity, with mild symptoms.
    • 80 points:勉强 able to perform normal activities, with some discomfort but not severe.
    • 70 points: Able to take care of daily life, though sometimes requiring assistance.
    • 60 points: Most daily activities can be managed independently, though occasional assistance is needed.
    • 50 points: Most activities require assistance from others.
    • 40 points: Loss of independence, often requiring assistance from others.
    • 30 points: Severe pain, necessitating hospitalization.
    • 20 points: Serious illness, life-threatening.
    • 10 points: Critical condition, with potential for death at any time.
    • 0 points: Death.
  2. Zrshzod scoring system: Similar to the Kazuay scoring system, where 100 points are converted to 10° (10°–0°).
