1. Remove the Cause
Stop consuming foods that irritate the stomach, such as overly cold, overly hot, spoiled, or toxic foods, as well as tobacco, alcohol, strong tea, and coffee. For those who develop the condition due to certain irritating medications, if the drug is essential, reduce the dosage or change the administration method, such as taking it after meals; if it's optional, discontinue use. For those whose gastric mucosa is damaged due to other diseases or stress factors, actively treat the underlying disease and promptly eliminate the stressors.
