① Weimeisu tablets: take 0.8–1.2 g orally, three times daily. They have certain therapeutic effects on superficial gastritis, atrophic gastritis, and esophageal epithelial hyperplastic inflammation. One course lasts three months, with no obvious side effects.

② Dela granules: effective for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and superficial gastritis who test positive for Helicobacter pylori. Take 5 mg each time, dissolved in 30 ml of warm water, preferably on an empty stomach before meals. Light cases take twice daily, severe cases four times daily; one course lasts 28 days. If needed, another two to three courses can be taken. After taking the medication, stools and tongue coating may turn gray-black, which is normal and will return to normal after stopping the drug.

③ Litrilin (furazolidone): can inhibit Helicobacter pylori infection, thereby effectively reducing gastritis inflammation. Take 0.1 g three times daily; one course lasts three weeks. When used in combination with vitamin B₁, side effects can be reduced. Other drugs such as berberine, tetracycline, oxytetracycline, metronidazole, gentamicin, ampicillin, and flumequine also have therapeutic effects on Helicobacter pylori infection and can be chosen based on the condition.

④ For patients with bile reflux, cholestyramine can be taken to adsorb bile, thus reducing bile's corrosive effect on the gastric mucosa. Take 3–4 g four times daily, 1 hour after meals and before bedtime. Alternatively, domperidone can also be used; by enhancing gastric emptying, it indirectly treats bile reflux. Take 10 mg three times daily.
