2.2 Animal Grouping and Dosage

Twenty-four hours after inoculation, randomly divide the animals into Pei's Hematopoietic Granules (PG) high-dose group (10g·kg⁻¹, equivalent to 20 times the adult dosage), medium-dose group (5g·kg⁻¹, 10 times), low-dose group (2.5g·kg⁻¹, 5 times), Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules (ZG) control group (dosage 1.67g·kg⁻¹, equivalent to 10 times the adult clinical dosage), and solid tumor-bearing model control group, with 12 animals in each group. Before use, dissolve Pei's Hematopoietic Granules and Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules separately in distilled water. Administer the same volume (0.2ml/10g) of medication to the experimental groups via gavage [20], and administer the same amount of distilled water to the model group, once daily for 10 consecutive days [19].
