The day after inoculation, randomly divide the animals into five groups, ten mice per group, half male and half female: model group, 5-Fu group (0.02 g/kg), PG low-dose (2.5 g/kg, equivalent to five times the adult dosage) + 5-Fu group (0.02 g/kg), PG medium-dose (5 g/kg, equivalent to ten times the adult dosage) + 5-Fu group (0.02 g/kg), and PG high-dose (10 g/kg, equivalent to twenty times the adult dosage) + 5-Fu group (0.02 g/kg).

For the PG low-, medium-, and high-dose + 5-Fu groups, inject 0.1 mL of 5-Fu injection solution at a concentration of 2 mg/mL per 10 g of body weight intraperitoneally, then administer 0.2 mL of Pei's Hematopoietic Granules solution at concentrations of 125 mg/mL, 250 mg/mL, and 500 mg/mL per 10 g of body weight via gavage. For the 5-Fu group, inject 0.1 mL of 5-Fu injection solution at a concentration of 2 mg/mL per 10 g of body weight intraperitoneally. The model group receives 0.2 mL of distilled water via gavage. Administer continuously for 10 days, once daily [18–20].
