2.7 Radioimmunoassay Determination of IL-2 Content
Collect blood from the mice's eyeballs, put it in test tubes to allow clotting, then centrifuge at 1500 rpm for 12 minutes at 4°C to separate the serum, and divide it into dropper tubes. This experiment uses the equilibrium method; specific steps follow the instructions in the radioimmunoassay kit manual as shown in the table below:
