2.2 Animal Grouping and Dosage

Randomly select 10 out of the 60 mice as the blank group, and after 24 hours of inoculation, divide the remaining mice into high-dose, medium-dose, and low-dose Pei's Hematopoietic Granules groups, Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules group, and model group using the random number method, with 10 mice in each group. The specific dosages are as follows:

PG group: Adult dosage is 36g/day, calculated based on a body weight of 60kg, equivalent to 0.6g/kg·day;

• PG high-dose group: 12g/kg·day, equivalent to 20 times the adult dosage;
• PG medium-dose group: 6g/kg·day, equivalent to 10 times the adult dosage;
• PG low-dose group: 3g/kg·day, equivalent to 5 times the adult dosage.

ZG group: Adult dosage is 30g/day, calculated based on a body weight of 60kg, equivalent to 0.5g/kg·day; ZG group dosage is 5g/kg·day, equivalent to 10 times the adult dosage.

Pei's Hematopoietic Granules and Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules are dissolved in distilled water before use to form suspensions. The standard oral administration dosage for mice is 0.2ml per 10g [18]. The experimental groups receive the same volume of medication by gavage, while the model group receives an equal volume of distilled water, once daily for 10 consecutive days [1].
