1.1 Experimental Drugs

Pei's Shengxue Granules (composed of Rehmannia root, Cornus fruit, Chinese yam, Pseudostellaria root, Glehnia root, Codonopsis root, Cinnamon twig, Schisandra berry, White peony root, and Floating wheat, with each bag equivalent to 36.25 g of crude herbs), specification: 18 g/bag, Gansu Provincial Academy of Medical Sciences, batch number 080310.

Zhenqi Fuzheng Granules, specification: 15 g/bag, Hunan Shidai Yangguang Pharmaceutical, batch number: National Drug Approval No. Z43021035.

1.2 Experimental Animals and Tumor Strains

Seventy healthy SPF-grade Kunming mice, half male and half female, weighing 20 ± 2 g, were provided by the Laboratory Animal Center of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
