1. Efficacy Criteria

Recent Cure: Self-reported symptoms disappear, hepatosplenomegaly remains stable or shrinks without tenderness, all liver function indicators return to normal, HBsAg(-), HBeAg(-), HBV-DNA-P(-), and none of these indicators relapse during maintenance treatment or within one year of observation. Improvement: Self-reported symptoms improve, liver function tests show significant improvement compared with before treatment, or HBsAg levels decrease, or HBV-DNA-P turns negative, or HBeAg turns negative. No Effect: Neither self-reported symptoms nor liver function, three-system tests, or HBV-DNA-P indicators show any improvement.
