Grind six herbs into powder and take with salted water. Use strong, fiery ingredients and balance them with gentle, calming herbs. Once the intense flavors are removed, it becomes a mild, warming tonic (1).

[Note] (1) Lesser Fire: Refers to the physiological fire that maintains normal bodily functions. According to "Suwen·Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun," "the energy of Lesser Fire is robust."

[Note] This formula originates from "Mizhi Fang." It warms and tonifies Lesser Fire. It treats conditions such as declining Mingmen Fire, which prevents the generation of earth, leading to vomiting, diarrhea, and cold extremities; or when yin fire surges upward, causing facial flushing.
