Grind these three ingredients into powder, stuff them into jujubes, place them inside a duck's belly, cook thoroughly in wine, and then eat the duck meat. Dry the jujubes in the shade, and consume them with ginseng tea or plain water. Ducks are flesh and blood, possessing yin-nourishing qualities, while wine represents the essence of the five grains and has yang properties. Together, these ingredients nourish the spleen and stomach, achieving a pure and harmonious effect.

[Note] This formula comes from "Shi Yao Shen Shu." It nourishes the spleen and stomach, harmonizes blood and regulates qi. It treats conditions caused by dietary indiscretion, such as fever and fatigue.
