Fritillaria 3 qian, Fried Black Castor Bean 1 qian, Platycodon 3 qian

Mix them into powder and take one "character" (1), which means one bite. If taken above the diaphragm, it will induce vomiting; if taken below the diaphragm, it will cause diarrhea. If it doesn't cause diarrhea, eat warm porridge; if diarrhea persists, eat cold porridge.

(1) Character: here used as a measure word. In ancient times, medicine powder was measured using copper coins. Each coin had four characters on its surface, and one-quarter of the medicine powder written on the coin was considered one "character."
