Rehmannia glutinosa 12g, Cornus officinalis 6g, Dioscorea opposita 6g, Moutan cortex 6g, Poria cocos 12g, Alisma plantago-aquatica 9g, Pueraria lobata 12g, Schisandra chinensis 3g. Decoct in water and take one dose daily. This formula differs from “Erlong Zuoci Wan” by only two herbs: it omits Pueraria lobata and Schisandra chinensis, while adding Magnetite and Bupleurum, thus becoming essentially the same as “Erlong Zuoci Wan.” I often combine these two formulas, and the clinical effect is obvious.
