  1. Cibeline (Cibelim) Flunarizine capsules, a Ca^++++^ ion blocker, specifically used for migraine and also effective for vestibular vertigo. Dosage: 5–10 mg once nightly; elderly patients may experience transient tremors, rigidity, agitation, and dysarthria as side effects. Some patients may also experience transient drowsiness, increased appetite, and weight gain. Packaging: 5 mg × 10.

  2. Naoxintong (Shuxuening) This product is a compound preparation of flavonoid glycosides or ginkgolide α, indicated for hypertension, arteriosclerosis, and coronary heart disease. Effects: reduces 0–2–consumption, increases coronary blood flow, alleviates myocardial ischemic injury and the extent of cerebral infarction. Take two tablets daily, 12 tablets per box.

  3. Lotensin (Benazepril) An angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, with effects similar to captopril. Indicated for all stages of hypertension and congestive heart failure. Due to the risk of a sharp drop in blood pressure after the first dose, the initial dose is usually 5–10 mg once daily, gradually increasing based on the condition. For patients with severe heart failure, start with 2.5 mg. Side effects are mild: headache (10%), cough (5.4%), dizziness (4.2%), fatigue (3.6%), muscle pain (2.6%), nausea (2.5%), rhinitis (2.4%), diarrhea (2.0%), and occasionally sore throat, back pain, or abdominal pain.
