Naloxone intravenous drip on December 31, 2002
This medication is a cutting-edge emergency drug, with effects similar to nicethamide, lobeline, and resuscitation drugs, stimulating both respiratory and circulatory centers. Its mechanism involves inhibiting opioid receptors, rapidly crossing the blood–brain barrier, making its action faster and more pronounced than previous emergency medications. Usage: 0.4–4 mg intravenously, administered via infusion pump, repeated every half hour; alternatively, 4 mg can be added to 500 mL of 5% glucose for intravenous drip.
