Bile reflux gastritis on December 26, 2002

Bile reflux gastritis is quite common in clinical practice, accompanied by nausea, epigastric fullness, and bilateral flank distension, with conventional gastric medications showing little effect. In recent years, I have treated this condition using the following formula, which often yields remarkable results.

Prescription: Chaihu 10 g, Zhishi 10 g, Baishao 10 g, Gancao 6 g, Chuanxiong 6 g, Xiangfu 6 g, Danshen 10 g, Muxiang 10 g, Caodoukou 10 g, Dahuang 6 g, Huanglian 3 g, Banxia 6 g, Gualou 10 g, Xuanfuhua 10 g, Shengzhe 20 g, Shenglonggu and Muli each 15 g, Haipiaoxiao 15 g, Ganjiang 6 g. Decoct in water and take one dose daily.
