  1. Breast Hyperplasia and Breast Cancer

The onset of these diseases is closely related to elevated estrogen levels. The menstrual period spans ages 13 to 50; early or delayed onset increases susceptibility. Infertility and lack of breastfeeding also increase risk. During pregnancy and lactation, lower estrogen levels are conducive to preventing these conditions. In summary, prolonged high levels of estrogen are the sole factor promoting these diseases. Estrogen refers to estradiol and luteinizing hormone, with estradiol playing a more critical role as it initiates the process. Current TAM (tamoxifen, also known as Fareston) used in breast cancer treatment operates on this principle. The author plans to develop a specialized drug for breast cancer prevention using principal herbs such as Ligustrum lucidum fruit and Rhizoma Gastrodiae, though work has not yet begun.

  1. Chest Pain Requires Serious Attention

The most common cause of chest pain is cardiac (coronary heart disease), followed by recurrent inflammation of the stomach and esophagus; recent research has focused heavily on this latter cause.
