1. Decoction formula (9 grams of Sheng Mingfan, 12 grams of Lei Wan, 9 grams of Gan Jiang, 6 grams of Shuizhi, 15 grams of Dahuang, 9 grams of Dafu Pi, 6 grams of Ni Xi, 9 grams of Wulingzhi, 6 grams of Qiang Huo). Boil in water and take once daily.

2. Pill formula (120 grams of Sheng Mingfan, 60 grams of Wa Leng, 60 grams of Gancao, 30 grams of Binglang, 10 grams of Jia Zhu). Form pills by mixing the ingredients, making them about the size of green beans, and taking 10–12 grams each time. (Shanxi Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine)
