Ten grams each of Jiao San Xian, ten grams of Ji Nei Jin, ten grams of Dan Shen, ten grams of Mu Xiang, ten grams of Cao Dou Kou, fifteen grams of Yan Hu Suo, fifteen grams of Chuan Lian Zi, fifteen grams of Xia Ku Cao, fifteen grams of Hai Zao, and fifteen grams of Kun Bu. The composition of this formula can be described as: gold, three summer herbs, and sea (gold bells, chicken gizzard, small dan shen, jiao san xian, summer grass, seaweed, kelp). For qi stagnation, add fragrant fennel and green peel; for severe pain, add turmeric, frankincense, and myrrh; for occult blood in stool, add white papyrus, raw pu huang, and crane grass; for deficiency, add ginseng, astragalus, and he shou wu. This formula is from Shanghai Medical University, created by Lei Yongzhong, who has treated 293 gastric cancer patients with remarkable results. The characteristics of this formula are: relatively large amounts of mu xiang, yan hu suo, and liu hu suo, all around 15 grams; white papyrus and raw pu huang are used to stop gastric bleeding, but their usage is still limited and needs further clinical verification; crane grass is used in a large amount of 30 grams, which can serve as a reference.
