A Japanese patient named Minami Matsuhito reported curing a tongue cancer patient with traditional Chinese medicine, resulting in the complete shedding of the tumor after just three days of medication. The formula is as follows: Sophora flavescens 10g, Coix seed 20g, Platycodon grandiflorus 20g, Astragalus membranaceus 30g, Poria cocos 12g, Angelica sinensis 10g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 6g, and Paeonia lactiflora 15g (from “Modern Oriental Medicine,” January 1992). This formula highlights the anti-cancer effects of sophora flavescens, coix seed, and platycodon grandiflorus.
