In this case, three-lumen tube compression hemostasis was ineffective, and norepinephrine saline gastric lavage was also poorly effective. Based on rapid volume expansion and administration of a certain amount of albumin, repeated infusions of fresh blood were performed in combination with hemostasis, liver protection, and laxative methods, ultimately stabilizing the patient's condition. This demonstrates that administering albumin and fresh plasma can inhibit endogenous protein breakdown, replenish tissue protein consumption, reduce ammonia production, and alleviate the burden on the liver.
