A Discussion on Hemolytic Anemia June 15, 1994
This disease typically includes: ① congenital anemia (spherocytosis); ② paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH); ③ glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (G-6-PD). Recent statistics show that among all newborn jaundice cases, about 40% are due to G-6-PD deficiency. Western medicine commonly uses prednisone, testosterone propionate, methyltestosterone, nandrolone, vitamin E, etc., for treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine has used Xuefu Zhuyu Tang, AiYe, motherwort, Yinchen, Huaihua Tang.
