Tu Fu Ling 30 g, Di Fu Zi 12 g, Ren Dong Teng 15 g, Che Qian Zi 15 g, Ku Shen 15 g, Bing Lang 10 g, Gan Cao 15 g, Dang Gui 10 g, Bai Shao 10 g, Cang Shu 10 g, and Huang Bai 10 g. Decoct these ingredients and take one dose daily; locally, apply She Chuang Zi 10 g, Ku Fan 15 g, Ku Shen 20 g, and Huang Bai 15 g, decocting them externally for washing. Mnemonic: "Land Winter Car Hard, Gan Cao Four Two Bing."
