Effective Prescription for Treating Brain Tinnitus May 25, 1996
Gui Zhi 10 g, Fuling 12 g, Dan Pi 6 g, Tao Ren 10 g, Bai Shao 15 g, He Huan Pi 20 g, Ban Xia 6 g, Chen Pi 6 g, Gan Cao 6 g, Zhi Shi 10 g, Shou Wu Teng 20 g, Zhu Ru 10 g, Dan Xiang 10 g, Sheng Long Gu and Mu Li each 15 g, Chan Tui 10 g, Sheng Di Huang 12 g, Danshen 20 g, Nu Zhen Zi 10 g, and Mo Han Lian 10 g. This formula combines Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan with Dao Tan Tang, further supplemented by Xia Mu Er Er Huang Chan Shen composition. The former is specifically designed to treat brain tinnitus, while the latter focuses on insomnia; adding Chan Tui makes this formula particularly effective for both insomnia and tinnitus.
