1. External treatment methods

① Grind胆南星 into powder and mix with vinegar for topical application; ② Place moxa cones on top and moxibust three times a day; ③ Mix吴茱萸 and garlic and apply externally; ④ Burn海浮石 into fine powder and mix with sesame oil for external application; ⑤ Grind百合 and fried麻仁 together and apply externally.

2. Internal prescription

10 g each of kelp, seaweed, kombu, and sea cucumber, 15 g purple-backed sunflower, 15 g summer wilted grass, 15 g forsythia, 10 g fritillary bulb, 10 g platycodon root, 10 g daily flower pollen. Decocted and taken once daily.
