  1. Coenzyme Q10 Protects the liver and heart, especially when using ADM, MTX, or 5-Fu and MMC. Take 10 mg orally once a day; 10 mg orally three times a day.

  2. Calcium folinate Also known as folic acid calcium, MTX is a folate antagonist that achieves anti-cancer effects by blocking the conversion of folate into tetrahydrofolate. Therefore, when using MTX, the body's natural level of tetrahydrofolate decreases, so it is advisable to supplement with tetrahydrofolate calcium during chemotherapy to reduce the body's reaction. This drug is abbreviated as CF, taken orally at 5 mg daily, or injected intramuscularly at 3–6 mg daily.

  3. Allopurinol Take 100 mg orally three times a day, gradually increasing the dosage to prevent hyperuricemia during chemotherapy.

  4. Cimetidine Take 200 mg orally or administer intravenously to block H receptors, reducing gastric acid secretion and thus alleviating pain. Gastric acid secretion increases during chemotherapy, so this drug can serve as an auxiliary agent.
