11. Neural Headache
Question: Foot soaking for neural headache, combined with concentrated decoction of motherwort—can these two methods really cure my neural headache? Can I soak my feet multiple times a day?
Answer: Treating upper ailments with lower methods is one of the principles of TCM. Applying herbal compresses to the Yongquan acupoint on the feet, along with Wu Zhu Yu and garlic, can relieve headaches. However, I don’t have experience using foot soaking to treat headaches.
