Q: Female, 28 years old, with chronic gynecological inflammation. This month, her menstruation has not yet stopped on the seventh day, accompanied by lower abdominal distension, dry mouth, and dry tongue. She wants to receive intravenous treatment while also planning to get pregnant this month. Will the IV treatment affect her pregnancy?
A: If there is inflammation in the gynecological area, anti-inflammatory treatment is necessary. The impact on the fetus is minimal; however, if she is already pregnant, that is a different matter.
