Question: Freckles on the face are commonly called “fly droppings.” I’ve heard that taking vitamin C and vitamin E orally is helpful. Is this true?

Answer: Theoretically, it’s helpful, but freckles don’t really have a good treatment method. Cryotherapy and laser treatment are effective; you can try those.
