Modified Taohong Si Wu Tang: Dang Gui 10g, Chi Shu 10g, Chuan Xiong 6g, Sheng Di 12g, Tao Ren 10g, Hong Hua 6g, Dan Pi 10g, Shan Zhi 10g, Huang Lian 3g, Huang Qin 10g, Huang Bo 6g, Qiang Du Huo 15g, Fang Feng 12g, Chai Hu 10g, Dou Chi 10g, Niu Zang Zi 10g; decocted in water and taken as one dose per day. This formula is suitable for patients with neurodermatitis characterized by scaling, cracking, thickened or rough skin—applicable locally and systemically; it is also suitable for desquamative dermatitis and allergic dermatitis. It is recommended to take this formula consistently over a long period to gradually see results. When necessary, double the amount of the herbs and grind them into powder; take 5–10g each time, dissolved in warm boiled water and consumed three times daily.

Huang Hua Tang: Huang Bo 6g, Chuan Jiao 6g, Gan Cao 6g, Di Fu Zi 12g, Sheng Di 12g, Sheng Mao Ren 20g, Ku Shen 20g, Chan Yi 6g, Dang Gui 10g, Chi Shu 10g, Cang Zhu 6g, Gong Ying 15g, Bai Jiang 20g, Jin Yin Hua 20g, Di Fu Zi 10g, Bai Bu 6g, Tao Ren 10g; decocted in water and taken as one dose per day. This formula is suitable for contact dermatitis caused by substances such as lacquer, dyes, plastics, crude oil, or furs—sometimes even belts and ties can trigger allergic dermatitis.

Dermatitis Ointment: Huang Lian 100g, She Chong Zi 200g, Zhu Sha 50g, Huang Bo 100g; ground into powder and mixed with a large amount of Vaseline (to achieve a consistency similar to an ointment), applied externally. This ointment is suitable for all dermatitis patients, providing significant relief from itching and moisturizing the skin.
