(2) Spleen-Stomach Weakness Type
① Symptoms: Pale or sallow complexion, shortness of breath and fatigue, weakness in the limbs, poor appetite, bloating or discomfort in the epigastric region after eating, fluctuating stomach pain, preference for warmth and pressure, loose stools, emaciation, dark and dull tongue, swollen tongue with tooth marks, white or greasy coating, and a weak, feeble pulse.
② Treatment Principle: Strengthen the spleen and stomach, tonify qi and nourish the stomach, while also eliminating stagnation and resolving blood stasis.
③ Prescription: Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang. Ingredients include 20g of Codonopsis, 20g of Astragalus, 10g of Citrus Peel, 10g of Pinellia, 10g of Citrus Peel, 10g of Agarwood, 15g of Atractylodes, 15g of Poria, 30g of Charred Hawthorn, 10g of Chicken Gizzard, 10g of Cardamom, and 6g of Licorice. Decoct twice, mix well, and take in three doses daily, one dose per day.
